Born DeMarcus Dixon, BlakkFist exploded on the scene as a poet in his hometown, Columbus, GA in 2012.

​Since his creative debut, Fist has pushed his pen past poetry and gained musical prominence; having graced stages like Atlanta's 444 Amphitheater and the Wichita Art Museum (Wichita, KS).

​From emotionally stirring ballads, to party anthems, and political pieces, there is no glove that doesn't fit BlakkFist.

Known best for his electrifying performances, Fist's solo debut, Scales, is lead by the single, The Zodiac Song; a feel good anthem with attitude, loved by fans for it's hip-pop-ish style.

The album's second single, Who Will Survive In America, is slated for release summer 2022.
